Noelia is thrilled to return to the Cat’s Eye View for her senior year as our editor-in-chief as she completes an independent journalism internship. A self-proclaimed oddball and a lover of all things related to writing, Noelia channels her energy into her articles. Her interests include poetry, makeup, and locking herself in her room to read all day. When Noelia becomes a New York Times bestselling author, she will know that she’s truly made it in life. But for now, student news works, too.
