Becton Regional High School took audiences on a musical trip down memory lane with its winter production, Becton Rewind. The performance celebrated 50 years of Becton Theater by bringing songs from past productions back to the stage.
Unlike traditional productions, Becton Rewind focused on music and performance rather than elaborate sets or costumes. Students sang and danced their hearts out as they performed songs from beloved shows such as Pippin and Bye Bye Birdie, alongside newer favorites like The Addams Family and Seussical the Musical.
One of the most anticipated moments of the show was the Teacher Feature, where staff members joined students on stage, adding an extra layer of excitement and school spirit. The performances were met with enthusiasm and nostalgia from audience members.
Presented over two nights, Becton Rewind highlighted the talent, dedication, and lasting legacy of Becton Theater, celebrating the program’s history while looking ahead to its future.
