Furthermore, Debate Coach Mr. Carr got the opportunity to meet Howard Dean, a former Vermont governor, 2004 presidential candidate, and former chair of the Democratic National Committee. Governor Dean was the keynote speaker at the opening ceremonies of Yale Model Congress.
